WHY DO I EAT SOMETHING WHEN I’M NOT HUNGRY?

It can be very frustrating to know that you shouldn’t eat something, and even plan on eating healthy throughout the day only to eat it anyway.
There can be many reasons why people eat when they’re not hungry. Some are habitual, others are to distract from painful emotions, and others are to just relax and have a good time. For some people, a good meal or snack is the most enjoyable part of any day. It’s hard for them to give up the one thing that they find pleasure in.
